Steak Bowl Causes Illness - Chipotle, Athens Georgia

I had a steak bowl with tortilla, white rice, black beans, mild salsa, cheese, lettuce and guac. I ate the food at 7pm. Immediatedly had some stomach pain right after eating. I was very close to vomitting. I woke up at 2AM feeling extremely dizzy, to the point where I felt like I was going to drop if I stood up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
