I ate a burrito bowl - steak, brown rice, black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole and chips on the side. Within an hour I began to feel off. Within a few hours I had fever and diarrhea and body aches. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
