Sour Corn, Severe Illness - Chipotle, Boca Raton Florida

I got a steak burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, sour cream, corn and cheese. The corn tasted sour so I removed those pieces and after my lunch I initially wanted to puke and felt sick. 18 hours later I couldn't stop vomitting and going to the bathroom. By far the worse experience of my life. 5 hours later it finally stopped and I came down with a fever and aches and chills.
