Date: 2/17/16 around 9:30pm Burrito to go. Steak, brown rice, mild and hot sauce, sour cream and guacamole. Chips also. Felt sick 4 hours after. Woke up and had the runs while throwing up at the same time. Felt sick all day 2/18 and am still feeling sick today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
