2/25/16 I had lunch at 1pm, ordering a white rice bowl with safritas, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, corn and hot salsa. By 4 PM, I began feeling severe symptoms of stomach cramping, gas, nausea, chills and body aches. The gas turned to diareah and lasted for 2 days (I'm heading into day 3 without a solid movement yet, but finally starting to feel better and do not have to go as frequently). The chills and body aches on day one were so severe, I went to the urgent care. Chills subsided a day later, but stomach cramps, gas and diarrhea linger. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache
