Chicken Bowl Illness Symptoms - Chipotle,

Sunday evening I got a chicken bowl with brown rice, chicken, pico de gallo, corn, sour cream, lettace, and cheese. With an order of chips. I ate around 5pm by 8pm I was experiencing a really bad headache, a really bad stomach ache and nausea. From 9pm to about 7am the next morning I was throwing up. Headache and stomachache was very persistant until I was able to keep powerade down and increase my electrolytes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
