Chipotle
Yesterday I had burrito chicken, black beans, medium sauce, cheese, corn, sour cream and lettuce. Also ordered chips. Around 1:30pm started feeling dizzy and had chills. Food poisoning from one or more of your ingredients. I also bought same time fro my brother a burrito steak, pinto beans, mild sauce, onions, corn sour cream and lettuce. He had no problems. I had to leave work early and have a family member drive me home. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
