I got a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, fajita veggies, queso, sour cream, vinaigrette, lettuce, guac. I ate it at 8pm last night and woke up at 5am with nausea and stomach pain which has not subsided and it is now 2pm and I'm trying to decide whether I'm going to throw up or not. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain
