- comments: noted interior upper water reservoirs of both ice machines, large machine in dish room, and ice-making unit above the soda dispensing system in the dining area, with black and pink slime substance dripping down into the ice for consumption. Instructed to clean and sanitize all affected areas. Remove all slime substance. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
