A little after 1pm, I ordered a bowl to go with brown rice, both beans, chicken, mild salsa, cheese and lettuce. Chips and guac on the side Ate and took a nap. About 3 hrs later, upset stomach and diarrhea set in. 3 trips to toilet across 90 minutes with progressively more fluid each time. At 7:30pm vomited up all chipotle. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
