ER Visit After Burrito - Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York New York

Went to the ER on 8/8 via an ambulance for severe dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhea over a 12 hour period. Purchased Chipotle the afternoon of 8/7. Spouse also got sick but was able to rebound without medical intervention. He ate Chicken burrito with black beans, hot salsa, sour cream and cheese. I ate a steak burrito with fajitas, hot salsa, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese. Reported the incident to the NYC Department of Health. Never eating at Chipotle again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
