Around 9:30pm last night I had a vegetarian burrito containing lettuce, beans, corn, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. 10-15 minutes after finishing eating I started to feel nauseous and my stomach was aching so I went home. 20 minutes later, I got home and started having bad stomach pains followed by vomiting. I vomited about five times in a row then began to have diarrhea. Multiple times in the night I went to the bathroom and had diarrhea. I vomited again multiple times in a row at about 4-5am. Now it is 8:00am and I cannot sleep due to discomfort caused by the nausea, stomach pains, and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
