Ate a steak salad with fajita peppers/onions, pick de gallo, roasted corn salsa, a small amount of sour cream, and guacamole at approx 2:30pm 7/24/17. At approximately 4:30 pm I ate a coffee/chocolate Rx Bar. By 5pm I was doubled over in pain, spiking a fever, with awful nausea. I had diarrhea several times and my fever held until approximately 5am 7/25/17. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
