Food Safety Report - Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York

On Thursday (8/7) I had a salad with rice, honey chipotle chicken, steak, fajita vegetables, sour cream, queso, salsa, my typical go to from chipotle. About an hour after eating it, I was nauseous. I went home that night and was so sick to my stomach I knew something wasn’t right. I had diarrhea for the rest of the night and then the next morning (yesterday, 8/8), I threw up and had chills. I’m currently still nauseous. Never again will I eat chipotle. This is so crazy to me because I typically eat from the one located on Jamaica Avenue (I live and work in Queens, NY) but either way I’m never eating Chipotle ever again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
