on 6/19/19 got the usual, barbacoa bowl with white rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese and sour cream. had what felt like pure acid diarrhea for a couple of days then started getting nauseas, light headed, dizzy, chills, more diarrhea. was in and out of the hospital 3 times, had tons of tests done to try to figure it out. i still have those symptoms off and on. doctors assume it was a bug. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dizziness, Chills, Lightheaded
