Salad bowl with lettuce, pinto & black beans, steak & chicken, sour cream and a little vinaigrette dressing. Symptoms started soon after i had eaten there - started with being nauseous then vomited a couple hours after that. Still feel nauseous (today) day after with uneasy stomach, feeling weak and foggy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
