Today I had my normal, brown rice, black and pinto beans, fiesta veggies, sour cream, cheese, mild and hot sauce, and guacamole. Hours later I start feeling nauseous and I had diarrhea. If sickness worsens then the doctor I will go. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
