I purchased a grilled chicken/el pastor chicken bowl with white and brown rice, mild and medium salsa, fajitas, and corn salsa at 7pm on 05/29/2024. The bowl was the only thing I had eaten that entire day besides a egg and sausage english muffin sandwhich that morning at 8am. By 2am the following morning I woke up with the immense urge to vomit and from that moment forward I kept vomiting until all that was left to vomit was bile. I passed out from exhaustion and woke up again 4 hours later having the worse diarrhea I've ever had which continued for the next 2 hours. After the bout of diarrhea I started having a fever and intense stomach cramps. It was terrible. These symptoms carried on over the next 3 days including fatigue, headaches, and muscle pain (it hurt to the touch), I am finally able to eat solid food on 06/02/2024. I was unable to eat anything or keep anything down for those 3 days. I have never had food poisoning before in my life and I am incredibly disappointed in this location and their unsafe practices that resulted in my illness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue, Muscle Pain, Bile
