I went in to this location around 4pm on August 19th. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, fajitas, chicken, mild salsa, corn, guacamole and lettuce. I ate most of it, but a few minutes later I started getting a headache and started feeling nauseous. All hell broke loose by 9pm and my night was just torture. I was able to call off work and spend the next day in bed sleeping it off. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
