Steak burrito with white rice, veggies, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, mild salsa.Nachos with queso - the texture was strange so I didn't eat much of the queso.
About two hours later I noticed nausea and stomach cramps followed by diarrhea. It has been over 12 hours and the symptoms have not subsided. I can't eat. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
