I had a pollo asado bowl that had lettuce, fajita veggies, cheese, corn, and sour cream. I also had a fountain drink. Mid meal I started to feel funny like I had an urge to use the washroom. I only ate half the bowl (which is rare for me). As soon as I got back to work, I had to run to the washroom because my stomach was starting to cramp up and I experienced diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
