Burrito Meal Causes Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Delaware Ohio

I ate last night after 9. I ordered a burrito with 1/2 chicken 1/2 barbacoa... brown rice, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese and extra romaine lettuce. I woke up and started feeling bad around 7am. Very nauseous, diarrhea, bad cramping. Went back to bed a little bit and went back to the bathroom, more diarrhea and cramping, and now vomiting. Stayed home from work for half the day, and have continued to feel sick. I am still nauseous and have had diarrhea and stomach cramps all day. My temp didn’t go above 98.3° f. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
