I went into the Azusa chipotle. I ordered a burrito with brown rice, black beans, sofritas, chicken, cheese, lettuce and hot sauce. About an hr and a half to 2 hours later I was at a track meet coaching and all of a sudden got very dizzy. I started having blurred vision. It started getting worse to where my stomach was feeling weird and I started feeling like I needed to throw up. I also had a huge migraine. About 3 hours from eating it I started throwing up a lot. Not sure what did it for me but chipotle just can’t seem to get their stuff together. So I won’t be eating there anymore. Sometimes I see the chicken with pink pieces. Absolutely gross. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Blurry vision, Dizziness, Migraine

Do you have the recall on lettuce too? My boyfriend and I ate there last night I have been so sick but he is fine. Only difference is he didn't have lettuce!
