I ordered a bowl for lunch on Monday, August 13, 2018 around 12:30pm. It was a vegan bowl - white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, Pico de Gallo, tomatillo salsa, lettuce & guacamole. I took it back to my office to eat, and started getting stomach cramps around 4pm. I went home early & good thing I did because the diarrhea started around 5pm, and I still have it 48 hours later. If I try & eat anything it runs through me. I’m dehydrated, weak and nauseous as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dehydration, Weakness
