I went to Chipotle this Sunday, September 4. I was on my lunch and I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, corn, sour cream, pico de gallo, red sauce, and lettuce. While at work later that night I got a terrible headache that wouldn't go away I even asked my supervisor for an ibuprofen. That night I woke up like 4am with a stomache ache and diahrrea, I haven't been able to eat much since and the diahhrea and stomache pain continues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain
