My mom and I got a chicken burrito bowl on Thursday March 14, 2024. We shared it, it had black beans, white rice, chicken, fajita mix, Pico de Gallo, mild and hot salsa on side, Guacamole and lettuce.We got chills, fever, muscle aches, headache and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Muscle Pain
