Went into this Chipotle and got ny usual steak bowl with lettuce, brown rice, corn, cheese, and vinegarette dressing. Within a few hours I had a severe headache to the point I couldn't even move. Then the vomiting came. Went to the ER and was given IV and meds. The next day had to go back to the hospital for diarrhea, vomiting, and severe dehydration. Never will eat from chipotle again in life. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache
