I had a chicken fajita bowl with no beans. White rice, corn, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. Ten minutes after consuming the bowl my stomach started to cramp. I felt very full and couldn't do anything about it. This happened around 5 in the evening. At 10 I couldn't deal with the stomach pain and I drank a bottle of water hoping it would help. At 11:30 I vommitted three times. Around twelve I started to shiver and was in a lot of abdominal pain. Went to sleep around 3 am dealing with the pain. Woke up at 6 am to watery diarrhea. Throughout the day have had watery diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
