I had a bowl, same as I always get. Chicken, rice, mild, corn, sour cream cheese and lettuce. About 20 minutes after I finished I started violently throwing up and it continued making its way out of.. both ends.. for hours. I feel extremely nauseous. Honestly not sure if I’ll ever eat there again unless they fix their quality control issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
