8/12/21 ordered steak bowl; brown rice; steak; cheese; lettuce for dinner hour later diarrhea; friday morning felt nausea more diarrhea; friday evening i was toast chills; shivers; muscle aches; stomach cramps; vomiting; more diarrhea; decided to sleep it off!! Saturday morning woke up by diarrhea hauling me out of bed to the porcelain; more vomiting; decided to camp out the day; no food tried a bit of gatorade and some 7up, no luck!!
