Ate a burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, Pico de Gallo, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and lettuce at about 2:30 pm. Increasing nausea through the afternoon, vomited 9 times between 10 pm and 2 am. Currently shaky, feverish, weak and painful, slowly trying to rehydrate and begin eating simple food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Shaking
