Spicy Bowl Causes Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Lancaster Pennsylvania

2 years ago reported by user-rcxb7949 business

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, PA, USA

2081 Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, 17601 Pennsylvania, United States

Got a chipotle bowl (chicken, lettuce, fajita veggies, sour cream, cheese, fresh tomato salsa, guac) on 9/28. It was a lot spicier than normal (I always get the same thing), but I chalked it up to some hot salsa getting into the normal salsa or the guac being extra spicy because of extra jalapeño. About two hours later, I got the worst stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea I’ve ever had. Thankfully no vomiting, but still was fighting for my life in the bathroom. That was the only thing I had eaten all day, so it was definitely the culprit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
