I ordered a vegan burrito from Chipotle last night(Monday November 26th) through the Door Dash delivery app around 8:30 to 9. The burrito had brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, sofritas, green verde salsa,fresh tomato salsa and a side of guacamole. I ate 1/3 of the burrito because it was pretty big. A few hours after I began feeling nauseous. That carried over to this morning and I've felt nauseous all day. The diarrhea started around 9am or 10am this morning and I vomited the first time around 3. I've been having diarrhea and vomiting off and on since. I can't keep anything down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
