I went to chipotle at the south shore plaza in braintree. I ordered a chicken burrito with white rice, fajitas, corn, mild and medium salsa with sour cream cheese and guacamole onnthe side. A few hours after I started feeling very nauseous and threw up every hour between 2 and 6 AM. I had diarrhea was very nauseous and had the chills. I tried drinking water to replenship the fluid thatvI lost and it made me feel even more nauseous. Im NEVER eating chipotle again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
