Around 8pm I realized I hadn't eaten since 12pm so I stopped at the Chipotle on Township Line Road in Havertown, PA. I ordered a Veggie Burrito with Veggie Fajitas, Brown rice, Pinto Beans, Sour Cream, Lettuce, Medium Sauce , and Lettuce. I also ordered a bag of chips and a Clementine Izze. I had nothing else to eat or drink for the remainder of the evening.I felt fine for the rest of the night. Retired earlier than usual for me at around 10pm, and then awoke some time around 5:30am the next morning with feelings of intense nausea. I tried to wait for the feeling to pass but at 6:30am I ran to the bathroom to vomit.
It wasn't a particularly bad vomit but the taste of my Chipotle meal lingered. I went back to bed feeling better for about an hour until I ran back to the bathroom at about 7:15am to experience some bad diarrhea, luckily I had a trashcan near me that I vomitted into simultaneously. This time it was MUCH worse. I knew right then that it was Food poisoning.
I showered and got ready for work at about 8:40am and as I was putting on my shoes to leave for work I ran to the kitchen to throw up a third time in the trash can.
I was sweating profusely after that, experiencing wooziness and claminess. The feeling of nausea intensified on my way to work around 9:15 and by the time I got there I nearly threw up again but sat still to maintain my composure.
I was promptly sent home after that and have experienced nausea and dizziness since then. It is now 10:05am. I have not vomitted since but I think it's coming again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating
