I had half a barbacoa burrito with black beans, corn salsa, fajita veggies, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cheese. I also had some chips and guac. About 4 hours later, I started to feel sick to my stomach. I have been violently ill for the past 3 hours with no signs of stopping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
