I ate Chickel bowl chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, fajita, corn, cheese, pico de gallo, red sauce, and lettuce on Sept 7th , i got head ache in the evening i tool advil. Chills at nights. sever body ache next day morning. I called sick to office. i had diarrhea through out day . I just took tylenol and nyquil. Today 09/09 I am feeling 80% better still had diarrhea in the morning. I had similar thing few months back but not this serious , then i thought it was just coincidence. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Body Ache
