Burrito bowl white rice black and pinto beans chicken pico de gallo sour cream guacamole. Symptoms began 10 hours after eating. Symptoms include nuasea, vomiting, fever, chills, extreme fatigue. I haven't eaten anything in 2 days and chipotle was the last thing I ate. After violently vomiting 20 plus times I'm finally on the mend. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Fatigue
