I ate a rice bowl on Friday. Sour cream no beans milk sauce chicken cheese and lettuce. That Friday I only ate two things... breakfast and chipotle that night I felt horrible so I took some stomach soother. While I was at work I had a slight headache and stomach ache, but had no appetite, I went home and threw up lettuce and rice and everything that looked like was in my rice bowl. But I wasn't done there! I also used the bathroom numerous amounts of times. I drunk ginger ale. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Loss of Appetite
