I got food poisoning from Chipotle. I had a steak salad bowl from chipotle(3/17/19). It consisted of lettuce, steak, cheese, guacamole, pico and the red salsa. I also had a bag of chips with guacamole. I picked up my order around 7pm and the effect occurred around 11pm. I had diarrhea and a stomach ache. The next day I went to work and it only got worse, I had a headache, I had to use the restroom if you know what I mean. And I also threw up. I wasn’t able to move, my body was aching. I had to leave early and all day I had been with diarrhea. Today (3/19/19) I had to take the day off to take care of myself. Please have the staff clean and sanitize their products and hands. It is not that hard to do that. That’s why people get sick/food poisoned. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
