Family Illness After Chipotle - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Portland Oregon

We ate there on March 8th and symptoms started for all 3 people on March 9th. Infant has now been in the hospital twice because of dehydration. I ate a burrito with chicken, black beans white rice, cheese and sour cream along with chips and cheese dip. My sister ate one of the bowls with chicken as well. SEVERE stomach cramping, diarreah, and nausea lasted for 2 days for me. My sister is still experiencing pain & cramping 4 days later and baby is currently at the hospital with an IV. I only saw them for one day and we only had one meal in common so I feel safe to say that Chipotle was the cause. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps
