I got the steak burrito with red salsa, guacamole, peppers, and rice. The entire next day I was chained to the bathroom, with violent diarrhea. It's the worst diarrhea I've had in four years.

Lettuce in bowl Woke up with a headache and nausea, threw up and had diarrhea for over 3 hours. My partner also ate there but did not get lettuce in their bowl. I was the only one to get sick in my household. The food was delivered to me by DoorDash.
