Ordered a bowl with brown rice black beans veggies medium corn guacamole and a tortilla shell on the side. I ate the entire bowl around 1pm on Saturday October 20th and by 4pm the same day I started feeling sick. I tried to go #2 but couldnt get much luck. Then I began vomiting very aggressively. Up came all of my chipotle. After a while of throwing up I felt better and took a shower. By the time I was finished showering I felt worse than before and am laying down with horrible stomachache chest ache and headache and feeling like Im going to vomit more. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
