Chicken and barbacoa burrito bowl with black beans, brown rice, grilled veggies, corn salsa, medium salsa and lettuce. Eaten for dinner then diarrhea ands stomach pains in the middle of the night and through the following day. That evening stomach pains increased in severity causing nausea, chills and feeling faint. Diarrhea and vomiting followed. Still experiencing stomach pains and diarrhea 4 days later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
