I ordered carry-out from this location and my meal included the shredded beef, lettuce, cheese, brown rice, and guacamole in a bowl. I started feeling the symptoms very shortly after eating it starting with chills and a soreness on my sides. A few hours later I began feeling weak and the pain spread to my entire body. I then slept whole sweating profusely for 2 and a half days straight only waking up to take very small sips of water. I also experienced numbness in my entire body especially my finger tips. It is now almost 4 days later and I have lost a total of 12 lbs and am still experiencing stomach discomfort and diarrhea even though most of the pain is gone. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Numbness, Weakness, Soreness, Chills, Sweating, Body Ache
