Had a chorizo burrito with guacamole, cheese, and sour cream in the afternoon. The only that seemed off at the time was the undercooked rice, though in retrospect the chorizo did look like it had been there for awhile. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
