I had the burrito bowl which I love with steak, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, cheese, white rice and pinto beans, for lunch Sunday at 2:15pm. The symptoms started Monday morning with dark green diarrhea, abdominal pain and nausea. Diarrhea was constant, so was the nausea and pain. Doctor recommended I went to the ER. thinking it was the same I went to the urgent care. After spending 4.5 hrs there saw the doctor on call and due to the amount of liquids lost through vomiting and diarrhea they gave me an IV with Sofran (med for nausea). I did not start feeling better until Tuesday night. Bad headache from the dehydration both days. I'm never eating there again. I never thought I would also be a Chipotle victim. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache
