I ate at Chipotle on Friday 7/14/17. I had a chicken bowl with tomato, lettuce, chicken,sour cream. Also chips and guacamole. My son and his friends were there too. All of us got very ill on Saturday after noon. Nausea, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea. Symptoms are still present today Tuesday 7/18/17. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
