On Friday July 14th around 6pm, I ate a chicken burrito bowl with white rice, mild salsa, corn, sour cream and lettuce. The following day, I threw up a total of 6 times and had severe stomach pains that caused me to be bedridden for nearly 3 days. I could not stand up without feeling very dizzy and could not stomach any food whatsoever for the following days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
