Ate barbacoa bowl with brown rice black beans red salsa cheese lettuce at noon 1/6/18. At 8PM same day I had painful indigestion lower abdomen which persisted all night long (getting little sleep). In the morning the lower adbdominal pain was worse, about a 2-3, with waves of indigestion pain to about level 4 every 15 to 30 minutes. As the day went on, I had no appetite, passed small stools every 30 to 40 minutes. Drank water and tea which was urinated out within 10 to 15 minutes. Felt tired and heavy with slowly subsiding lower abdominal pain throughout the day. Could not go to work, needed to stay near toilet. 26 hours later as I type this I still have lower abdominal discomfort and weak queasy feeling overall, but seems to be getting slowly a little better. Took a Pepcid AC; we'll see if that has any affect. | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Indigestion, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain, Weakness
